Ibram X Kendi
Ibram X. Kendi is a renowned scholar, historian, and leading voice in the fight against racism and discrimination. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and a Ph.D. from Temple University, Ibram’s academic background has provided him with a strong foundation for his groundbreaking research and writing on race and racism.
As the Andrew W. Mellon Professor in the Humanities at Boston University, Ibram has authored several acclaimed books that have reshaped the national conversation on race. His book “Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America” won the National Book Award for Nonfiction, offering a comprehensive analysis of the history of racist thought and its impact on American society.
