Martina Witter

Martina Witter is the Director of the award-winning Rapha Therapy & Training Services, a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, keynote speaker, confidence coach, and author. She hosts the Rivers to Resilience podcast and is the founder of Black Mental Wealth and co-founder of the Black Women in Business and Professionals Network (BWIBP). Martina also serves as Vice Co-Chair of the Greater Manchester Race Equality Panel and Co-Chair of the Pro-Manchester Wellbeing Champions Committee.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and well-being, Martina empowers individuals and organizations to build resilience, enhance performance, and navigate challenges. Her expertise has earned her features in HuffPost, Thrive Global, Metro, The Voice, and BBC Radio Manchester. She has also worked with global brands like AMEX, JD Group, and Oliver Wyman.

Martina’s training is dynamic and transformative, drawing on her personal experiences of overcoming adversity—including bereavement, divorce, and depression—to connect with and inspire her audience. She is passionate about holistic well-being, delivering therapy and coaching in accessible and innovative ways.

Through Black Mental Wealth, Martina addresses mental health stigma within Black and mixed-heritage communities by promoting culturally sensitive solutions. BWIBP creates career and business growth opportunities for Black women, offering quarterly networking events in Manchester that feature prominent speakers and foster professional development.
